Program Description
This messaging program sends reservation confirmations, rental reminders, payment notifications, vehicle return reminders, customer support communications, and important account updates to customers who have provided consent to receive SMS messages from 404Rides.
Customers may opt in through our website, reservation forms, rental agreements, lead forms, customer service interactions, or other approved methods.
Cancellation Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message received from us.
Upon receipt of your STOP request, we will send a confirmation message and you will no longer receive SMS communications unless you opt in again.

By renting a vehicle, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and use of such data for:
